Scope of work

This project involved maintaining the existing heritage structure and extending it out and up. A key component was lighting the project with a design and lighting supply from LA Lounge and various feature pendants. The project was a full rewire, starting with upgrading the single-phase incoming mains to three phases all the way to the external landscape lighting. Features include all-new data cabling with Wi-fi to support a home office, a fully functioning solar system with battery storage and underfloor heating throughout the main living areas.
