Scope of work

Housed in the historic 1915 H. May Building, Paisano & Daughters is a unique destination offering four exceptional restaurants and three boutique two-bedroom apartments above them.

Among the restaurants is the original Continental Deli, established in 2015. A long-time favourite for locals, it’s also a popular stop for travellers—often the first visit after landing and the last before heading home.

Ten years later, it was joined by sibling restaurants Flora, Mister Grotto and Osteria Mucca. Together, they capture Newtown’s vibrant, fun and welcoming spirit.

Newtown itself is a hub of creativity and community, home to beautiful parks, unique shopping, the world-renowned Enmore Theatre, and some of Sydney’s best bars. It’s this lively mix that makes “The Inner West is best” more than just a saying.

Flora is an all-Australian restaurant in Newtown, celebrating the best local produce and drinks.

The menu is shaped by the seasons and features ingredients from both land and sea. We work closely with growers, fishermen and farmers, cooking with care and keeping waste to a minimum.

The drinks list highlights local makers, with wine, cocktails and a focus on quality from across the country.
