Scope of work
This renovation was completed by Veredecon and consisted of removing walls to open up the main living and kitchen area and creating a functional external entertaining area. TCA needed to rewire due to the existing installation being non-compliant. We upgraded the lighting to be more modern but consciously decided not to modernise every aspect.
The landscape lighting provides subtle highlights at the entry to the property and functional lighting on the rear deck. The job includes Sonos speakers in the living area and around the pool, controlled by the client’s mobile phones.
